\n What I Did

\n 2019 was a

\n BIG
\n <\/strong>
\n year of change for me. Both personally and professionally.\n <\/p>\n

\n Personally, I made a lot of strides in my own life. If it wasn\u2019t obvious around here, I ended a four year relationship that realistically looked so amazing on paper, but something was just missing. And that feels really weird to type out finally. Nothing was
\n
\n wrong
\n <\/strong>
\n at all. But I just wasn\u2019t as happy as I thought I could be. Turns out, I was right. I\u2019m going out more and doing things for myself, which is something I really haven\u2019t done before. While I\u2019m still sad that chapter came to an end, I\u2019m glad I followed my gut and chose to start a new chapter.\n <\/p>\n

\n Professionally, I work in a position where I learned pretty much the complete opposite of what I did in my previous company. I learned the numbers and business side of the industry, which is something I was really scared of before. I\u2019m glad I took this step in my career. It\u2019s helped me look at the business side of the fashion industry in a different way. Sure, product is VERY important, but numbers don\u2019t lie.\n <\/p>\n

\n And on the blog front, I worked with some INCREDIBLE brands over the last 12 months. As my business grows, I can\u2019t help but give myself a pat on the back for the hard work I\u2019ve put in to maintain two full time jobs. I mean, I definitely have my manager, Hayden, to thank for this though. Having him as a sounding board and in my corner for all things related to my business has been SUCH a blessing.\n <\/p>\n
