\n I see no problem at all asking for help. None at all. So when I realized I started getting super overwhelmed with the amount of work I had committed to, I knew I needed someone to step in and help me.

\n Since the beginning of this blog, I\u2019ve done everything myself: Accounting, styling, managing, scheduling, recording\u2026all of it. Even in 2017, as I finally became a small business and watched Pink Champagne Problems grow, I was doing everything on my own.\n <\/p>\n

\n Once Q4 hit, I was bombarded with the most campaign opportunities I\u2019ve ever received in my five years of blogging. I was talking to my friend, Elle, about how overwhelmed I was and how I couldn\u2019t stay organized for some reason. She immediately offered to help out with this portion of my business, and that\u2019s sort of how her role began. It\u2019s been SO nice to be able to bounce ideas off of her, get her opinion on content, and have her help with keeping all of my collaborations organized. She\u2019s gone above and beyond for Pink Champagne Problems in just a few short weeks, and I owe so much to her already!\n <\/p>\n

\n Why I decided I needed help
\n <\/em>
\n <\/h3>\n

\n Like I said, I started feeling so overwhelmed when all of these projects started coming up. I knew I needed to say yes to a lot of them because they were truly great fits for my brand, and I definitely underestimated the work load (ya know, I still have a full time job).\n <\/p>\n

\n This is by no means Elle\u2019s full-time job, and I\u2019m totally aware of that. But the fact that she even offered to help in the first place made me realize that she also cares about this brand. I think we both realized that it was a fun creative outlet for Elle too, which made me more excited to bring her on. Together, we came up with her title of \u201cBrand Manager\u201d and thought of the responsibilities she can help with! I can say this with confidence: Besides me, no one knows the Pink Champagne Problems brand like Elle does. So basically, being my brand manager is the perfect role for her.\n <\/p>\n

\n Blogging Tips: What kind of tasks I delegate
\n <\/em>
\n <\/h3>\n

\n I think Elle and I both realized that this is definitely more of a collaborative role. Sure, I could have easily hired an intern to do all of the day-to-day functions for me, but I didn\u2019t want to give up that part of my business. Elle is
\n
\n super organized
\n <\/em>
\n and really good at Excel sheets, so she\u2019s already created a lot of documents to keep me organized. She\u2019s also really creative and an avid reader of blogs \u2014 which is so helpful when it comes to bouncing off content ideas. I love hearing her opinion on what she likes (and doesn\u2019t like) seeing on other blogs.\n <\/p>\n

\n In addition, Elle\u2019s been playing part-time photographer for me while Allie was busy jet-setting across the world. She\u2019s been keeping me on my game as deadlines approach, and that\u2019s probably been the biggest help of all. She\u2019s currently monitoring my every move, collaboration agreement, etc.;) Trust me, she gets on my back if I don\u2019t do something \u2014 which is 100% needed on my end. It makes my life significantly easier when I know all I need to do is copy Elle onto an email (using her new fancy AF Pink Champagne Problems email) and pretty soon I\u2019ll have reminders set for those collaborations!\n <\/p>\n

\n The fun part

\n <\/h3>\n

\n The best part about working together is that we are legitimately in constant contact with each other. I love bouncing ideas off of Elle and she\u2019s been helping me come up with some great content (specifically for the holidays). It definitely feels less like work when we\u2019re together shooting things. This past weekend we had SO many projects to shoot for, but we had so much fun doing it. One of our friends also came along, so it was really just us hanging out and doing something creative together.\n <\/p>\n

\n Where I see it going

\n <\/h3>\n

\n Would I love to see Elle and I become the next dynamic duo of the blogging industry? DUH. Right now, growing my business with the help of a good friend is exactly what I needed. Who knows what we\u2019ll do in the future. To be determined;)\n <\/p>\n
